Garda Lake offers a variety of dishes and recipes from the alps tradition to the Pianura Padana Area, from meat based dishes to fresh water fish.

The surrounding, culture, histiry and local traditions are the starting points for a travel in flavours and perfumes

The gastronomic delights offers high quality wines, oil, fresh water fish and hill country breeded meat. There are four areas: Trentino Garda Lake, Brescia coast from Sirmione To Limone, Val Tenesi Valley and Verona coast, which leads to the highest summit of Montebaldo. Every area has its own traditions and delights, but every dish identify itself in the land products, rised up in the winter mild climate and summer fresh climat.
